Hard Reset

  • Switch off the device.
  • Next Press and hold Volume Up + Home button + Power button until phone blinks.
  • Now release your fingers from the buttons and push again until the phone enter to recovery menu.
  • Use Volume buttons to select option wipe data/factory reset, and confirm with Home button.
  • Then choose YES, and accept with Home key.
  • After that, press Home button to confirm operation Reboot system now.

Reset Via Master key

  • Start by turning your device on, to do it press Power button. 
  • Then dialling screen of your device type this code in dialer: *2767*3855#
  • Next on confirm whole Factory reset process by tapping Call key again. 
  • Now your phone should reboot.
