Reset via Setting
- Make sure, that your phone is on.
- Now from the Home screen, touch -> Apps tab -> Settings -> Personal -> Backup & reset -> Factory data reset.
- Tap Reset device > Erase everything to perform a factory reset. Your device will restart when the reset is complete.
- Device must be powered off.
- Now hold the Volume down button and press the Power key.
- When the touch keys light up, press Home key.
- Continue holding down Volume down and Home keys until Android logo appears
- Done, device will wipe out all data and you can work on it.
